The purpose of the project was to support CSVP  in designing and delivering BigBang!, a high-impact one-day interactive conference on social innovation. Participants included non-profits, businesses, entrepreneurs, funders and thought leaders. The keynote for the event was leadership expert Peter Senge.

Working closely with CSVP executive director, Linda Springer, and her team we:

• Led planning committee in a design process for the event, developing the theme and discovering how CSVP might deliver the highest value for all participants while gathering data for the development of new programs, products and services
• Facilitated an interactive plenary session at the event exploring major themes in social innovation and the leadership capabilities required to initiate and execute successful projects. This session was designed to support participants creating new knowledge together  and to provide Dr. Senge with insight into the interests, goals and concerns of the audience in order to deliver the most focused and useful information and direction.
